An Air Ambulance has landed in Brixton’s Windrush Square today, with reports that a serious accident has taken place in nearby Coldharbour Lane.
A stretch of Coldharbour Lane between Gresham Road and Atlantic Road is currently closed, with an urban75 poster reporting, “Coldharbour Lane closed at traffic lights with Atlantic Road due to someone being knocked over by large vehicle”
The incident took place around midday, with several police cars and ambulances rushing to the scene along Coldharbour Lane.
Update: a poster on urban75 says that “….it looks like the accident victim, an elderly man, has died. He went under a skip lorry.”
