Update: The Met Police is reporting that a man in his 30s was murdered outside the Argos store today.
Police were called at around 12:50hrs on Friday, 18 August to Atlantic Road, SW9 to reports of a man suffering from stab injuries.
Officers attended along with the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance. A man, aged in his 30s, was taken to a south London hospital where he died a short while later.
His next-of-kin have been informed. A post-mortem examination will be held in due course.
At this early stage, it is believed that one suspect was involved in this incident. No arrests have been made. Enquiries are ongoing.

One witness reported seeing a man with a knife wound collapsed in a shop, while another saw a police officer’s hands “full of blood.”

A crime scene has been set up Atlantic Road and motorists are advised to avoid the area. Police in Lambeth continue to deal along with officers from the Homicide and Major Crime Command.
